This is more than a facial in my opinion, it was the full works with neck, shoulder and head massage with a little hair play.
Going from previous facials I’ve had with other places I was expecting to be leaving quite oily and having to jump straight in the shower but it wasn’t the case - more than happy to have gone on the school run, there was no shiny oily skin. Hazel is the queen!! All topped with steam and music.

Had micro-needling facial done recently. I was pretty nervous about having needles used on my face, but Hazel took the time and explained the treatment in depth and assured me it wouldn't hurt, and it didn't! Ive been here for a few different treatments and saw great results. She's so nice to speak to and doesn't pressure you into treatments or products you don't need which I've experienced elsewhere. My skin is looking so much better after using skincare I got from her and after my microneedling sessions which I might would hurt but didn't! Shes my new goto now.
